What is TWA Outreach Center, Inc.?

TWA stands for Total Women of America.  TWA Outreach Center was founded and established in 1987 by Dr. Ruby J. Wilburn, to reach the women of the community.  The concept being:  Reach the women, reach the family - reach the family, reach the community. 

In 1993 our Family Choice program was developed to help subsidize individual and family incomes.  TWA Outreach Center, Inc. has been able to assist several individuals and families.  We are completely staffed by volunteers of all ages who give of their time and resources to ensure the success of our Outreach projects.

Through referrals from other organizations, churches, school officials, local businesses, outreach events hosted by TWA Outreach Center, and word of mouth!

How Does it Work?

Individuals complete an application.  Assistance is given based on available resources and creditable information provided by applicants and is weighed by needs submitted.
